No. 18 Binge or No. 18 Tunnel is a railway tunnel located in the Pattipola region of Sri Lanka. It is the third longest and highest railway tunnel in Sri Lanka, at 321.95 meters long and 1,898.1 meters above sea level. The tunnel was built in 1867 and is a popular tourist destination, due to its unique location and historical significance.

The tunnel is located on the Upcountry Railway Line, which runs from Colombo to Badulla. It is approximately 220 kilometers from Colombo and 1 kilometer from the highest point of the Railway Summit. The tunnel is so situated that it demarcates the boundaries of the Nuwara Eliya District and Badulla District and also a boundary demarcation of the Central and Uva provinces.

The tunnel is a popular tourist destination, due to its unique location and historical significance. The tunnel is a dark and narrow passage, which can be quite eerie to experience. However, the tunnel also offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Visitors to the tunnel can also explore the nearby Pattipola railway station, which is a historic landmark.
